Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignalCue (the "Platform"). By accessing or using SignalCue, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. What SignalCue Is — and Is Not

SignalCue provides technical and data-driven market alerts based on price data, technical indicators, and publicly available market information. A Signal is a notification that a user-configured condition has been met — nothing more.

SignalCue does not recommend, suggest, or advise you to buy, sell, hold, or deal in any financial instrument. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any form of regulated advice. All investment and trading decisions are made solely by you.

2. Risk Disclosure

By using SignalCue, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following:

• Equity markets: Stock prices can fall to zero. Companies can go bankrupt. Market-wide crashes can occur with little or no warning.
• Derivatives and F&O: Futures and Options involve leverage. Losses can exceed your initial investment. Options can expire worthless.
• Cryptocurrencies: Crypto markets are highly volatile, largely unregulated, and subject to extreme price swings, exchange failures, regulatory bans, and fraud. Values can drop to zero without recourse.
• Commodities: Subject to supply-demand shocks, geopolitical events, and regulatory changes.
• Signal latency and accuracy: Signals depend on third-party data feeds and may be delayed or absent due to technical failures. We do not guarantee signal timeliness or accuracy.
• Market liquidity: The ability to buy or sell at a quoted price is not guaranteed. Circuit breakers, exchange halts, and slippage may prevent trade execution.

You should only trade money you can afford to lose in full without affecting your financial obligations or quality of life. If unsure, consult a qualified, registered financial adviser before trading.

3. Eligibility — Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age to enter contracts and trade financial instruments in your country of residence, whichever is higher. By accepting these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement, that you are legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to be bound by these Terms.

4. No SEBI Registration

SignalCue is not registered as a Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, or Broker with SEBI or any financial regulatory authority. Nothing on the Platform constitutes research or advice within the meaning of applicable securities laws. If you are in India, you are solely responsible for ensuring your trading activity complies with SEBI regulations and applicable tax laws.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions, your own due diligence, your risk management strategy, the security of your account, compliance with all applicable laws and tax obligations, and ensuring your use of the Platform is appropriate for your personal financial situation. You agree not to use SignalCue for any unlawful purpose.

6. No Warranty

The Platform and all Signals are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any Signal will result in a profitable trade. No Cue Score, regime indicator, or other feature on this Platform constitutes a guarantee, prediction, or promise of profit. Past signal behaviour is not indicative of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

This includes losses from delayed or missed signals, incorrect data, platform downtime, or your own trading decisions. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no partial refunds are provided. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, signal methodology, scoring systems, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of SignalCue. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data

We collect your email address, usage data, and portfolio data you enter to provide the Platform. We do not sell your personal data. We use Google (authentication), Razorpay (payments), and Telegram (alert delivery) — each governed by their own privacy policies.

11. Versioning — Updated Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the version number is incremented and all users must accept the new version before continuing to use the Platform. You will not be able to access the dashboard until you accept the current version.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalCue regarding the Platform. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
